Customer Success Manager - Remote Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with our partners and clients to foster long-term relationships. What You'll Do

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Oversee and actively participate in the renewal process to ensure customer retention.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Conduct partner training sessions and provide support in daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Support.
• Monitor relevant KPIs and assist in forecasting and reporting.
• Address partner inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in channel sales or IT systems.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and channel strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Service-oriented personality with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
