About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts - Remote to join our innovative team at Invert. In this role, you will own revenue expansion in Northern EU by leveraging your network and identifying opportunities to expand Invert’s presence in the biotech and Pharma sector. As a Director of Strategic Accounts - Remote, you will implement long-term sales strategies and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Own revenue expansion in Northern EU by leveraging your network and identifying opportunities to expand Invert’s presence in the biotech & Pharma sector.
  • Implement long-term sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth for Invert.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align on technical and business requirements.
  • Create value in competitive situations and lead commercial negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives.
  • Design and execute effective outbound strategies to create and nurture potential business opportunities.
  • Lead the development of deal strategies and manage commercial negotiations for large, complex organizations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders within your assigned accounts.
  • Take charge of account mapping and orchestrate strategic meetings with relevant external stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to team projects aimed at refining our sales processes and shaping a positive sales culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully selling SaaS, ideally in the life science space.
  • Experience leading value-based sales cycles, aligning solutions to customer ROI and strategic goals.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive account plans that span multiple business units.
  • Natural ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly developed presentation skills, particularly adept at delivering compelling in-person presentations.
  • Proven capability to lead complex negotiations, navigating bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
