About the Role

We are seeking a talented Director of Sales for North America to join our team at Virtasant. This remote position is perfect for a seasoned sales professional looking to drive growth in a dynamic and innovative environment. What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the Americas region, focusing on driving revenue growth.
  • Pursue, win, and grow new client accounts, particularly within enterprise and high-growth companies.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through upselling and account development.
  • Manage a sales pipeline effectively and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams for go-to-market initiatives.
  • Represent Virtasant at client meetings and industry events, showcasing our innovative cloud solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives consistently.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in technology services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to close and expand enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of technology services and cloud management.
  • A solid presence in the North America market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS products and solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Leadership experience in sales teams.
