What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic direction of the startup, focusing on revenue generation and market expansion.
• Collaborate with unicorn founders on a weekly basis for 1:1 mentoring and guidance.
• Access a powerful network of top-tier founders, peers, and investors to drive business growth.
• Support in hiring top-notch talent to build a high-performing team.
• Assist in reaching product-market fit and building a robust sales force.
• Secure multi-million euro funding rounds with the help of our extensive network.
• Provide intensive coaching to prepare the startup for funding opportunities.
• Iterate product development with expert guidance until achieving product-market fit.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential.
• Willingness to scale the startup to €100M+ in revenues.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for renewable energy and innovation.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
• Previous experience in fundraising or investor relations.
