Director of Human Resources - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team at One Identity, a leading security software provider. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and foster a high-performance culture.

What You'll Do

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead HR initiatives supporting growth, transformation, and global expansion.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and functional teams.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws across global regions.
• Champion a strong, values-driven culture that promotes inclusion, accountability, and innovation.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting global organizations, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple regions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
• Background in scaling organizations and managing through transformation.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.
