Director of Human Resources - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Director of Human Resources to lead all human resources functions for CADDi Co., LTD.'s US operations. This Director of Human Resources remote role will be pivotal in shaping our people strategy, ensuring it not only aligns with our aggressive business goals but also fosters a thriving, high-performance culture across our diverse US team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that directly support CADDi US's growth objectives.
- Provide executive oversight for all HR operational aspects, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS (Namely) management, and meticulous record-keeping.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee relations issues, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and effective conflict resolution.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced performance management systems that drive accountability and support high-performance outcomes.
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition functions.
- Deep understanding of federal and multi-state labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working with immigration and Visa sponsorship processes.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, adept at building strong relationships with senior leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or manufacturing environment.
- Mastery of HRIS platforms (Namely preferred), Workable, Confluence, Slack, and Google Business Suite.
