Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team at BrowserStack. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will focus on owning, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of our largest and most strategic global accounts, including Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive significant revenue growth through sophisticated, multi-threaded selling and executive partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise customers with full accountability for long-term revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Drive substantial expansion revenue predominantly through cross-selling, upselling, and securing multi-year platform agreements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year account plans, identifying opportunities for growth across various business units and geographies.
  • Engage with C-level and VP-level executives to establish trusted advisor relationships and drive account growth.
  • Ensure predictable, on-time renewals by reinforcing value and outcomes well ahead of contract milestones.
  • Act as the central point of ownership and orchestration across internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Leverage AI tools and sales technologies to enhance strategy and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of complex, strategic account expansion in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience achieving and exceeding expansion, renewal, and net revenue retention targets within Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong background in Account Management, Farming, Expansion, and Upsell/Cross-sell in multi-product SaaS environments.
  • Exceptional proficiency in relationship mapping and executive-level communication.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or Technology background preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience selling DevOps, Continuous Testing, or Developer Tools.
  • Willingness to travel for strategic customer engagements.
