Senior Designer & Art Director - Fashion & Branding

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer & Art Director to join our team at ABOUT YOU. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate the visual identity of our fashion brands across various platforms. You will be instrumental in defining and executing creative direction, working on multiple projects that span brand design, campaigns, and events.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute brand identities (CI), including logo design and full visual brand guidelines.
• Ensure designs are adaptable across fashion collections, e-commerce platforms, social media, and print assets.
• Conceptualize and develop seasonal visual directions and lead creative campaigns from ideation to production.
• Art direct shoots, including styling references, mood boards, and on-set direction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives such as producers, photographers, and stylists.
• Create visual concepts for ABOUT YOU events, including fashion shows and branded experiences.
• Oversee design execution across physical and digital event assets.
• Contribute to and help define visual strategy and long-term creative direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design and art direction, ideally within fashion or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with creative AI tools for image generation and editing.
• Excellent visual taste and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Skills in video editing, motion design, or photography.
• Experience working with or directing talent/influencers.
