Director of Field Security - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Field Security to join Collibra’s dynamic team. This remote opportunity allows you to engage with our Field teams and customers, ensuring that customer trust remains our top priority. As a key member of our Field Security team, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to implement security initiatives that drive business value and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, leveraging your deep cybersecurity expertise to engage with customers, prospects, and regulators.
• Serve as a public-facing leader representing Collibra’s security posture and roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define customer requirements and translate them into clear security objectives.
• Analyze customer needs from a technical and security perspective to effectively allocate Field Security resources.
• Manage complex projects, ensuring critical outcomes are met while addressing significant security issues.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in information security or customer-facing technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of consulting with senior leadership on business-critical security concerns.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience establishing organizational standards and managing complex project plans.
