About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Technology Portfolio to join DICK'S Sporting Goods in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in leading our technology portfolio and program management efforts, ensuring that we continue to enhance youth sports through innovative solutions. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our technology strategy while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead a matrixed team of portfolio and program managers to define and execute against DICK'S Technology Portfolio and Delivery Management vision.
• Manage technology portfolio and program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate across technology and business functions to drive transformational change and continuous improvement.
• Establish stakeholder engagement strategies and provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Support the development of the digital roadmap and strategy, fostering a culture of growth and accountability within the team.
• Manage risks and issues at the portfolio level, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in Portfolio and Program Management.
• Proven experience in leading technology portfolio strategy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Experience in risk and issue management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile practices and methodologies.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and inspire teams.
