As a Remote Borrower Processor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and efficient processing of manufactured home loan applications, ensuring timely completion of loan files and contributing to the overall success of our loan origination operations.

What You'll Do

• Review and verify borrower documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with borrowers over the phone to gather required information.
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve discrepancies during loan processing.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines throughout the loan processing.
• Perform administrative tasks related to loan processing.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in consumer loan or mortgage processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
