As an HR Experience Specialist - Remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR Experience Operations and collaborating with various internal teams to optimize customer onboarding workflows and ensure compliance. What You'll Do

• Support HR Experience Operations with back office tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Optimize customer onboarding workflows through process improvements.
• Conduct audits of compliance documents to ensure guidelines are met.
• Review contract details and financial quotes for precision.
• Lead 1-on-1 calls with employees for platform walkthroughs.
• Manage HRX-specific cases within defined SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks in HRX workflows and suggest improvements.
• Resolve compliance or data discrepancies with internal teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR Operations supporting employees in LATAM.
• Experience in back office roles or customer service preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving experience.
• Proficiency with service management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
• Familiarity with global employment practices and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic SQL or data visualization tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced global environment.
