We are seeking a talented Global Data Center Expansion & Operations Manager to join our innovative team at Verda. As a Global Data Center Expansion & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our infrastructure solutions and ensuring their successful implementation across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the commercial, legal, and financial governance of global data center expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across construction, operations, procurement, and finance.
• Lead or support the structuring of site acquisitions and leases.
• Assess legal, financial, and operational risks associated with expansion projects.
• Support major negotiations with landlords, developers, and utilities.
• Track contractual obligations and key milestones to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from construction to operations.
• Prepare business cases and financial models for investments in new data centers.

Requirements

• A degree in Law, Business Law, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 6–10+ years of experience in infrastructure, real estate, legal, finance, or commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and negotiations.
• Ability to interpret legal and financial implications of complex agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the AI ecosystem or technology infrastructure.
• Familiarity with international regulations and compliance standards.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
