About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions that enhance site-level clinical research operations. As a Director of Digital Transformation, you will ensure that digital initiatives align with operational needs, enhancing efficiency and user experience.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior executives to integrate digital technologies and AI into clinical research operations.
• Define a strategy for data and AI integration, championing AI-driven tools to transform cancer care.
• Lead product management for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify high-impact use cases for digital transformation and conduct ROI analyses.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
• Lead change initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies across the organization.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on research productivity.
• Build and mentor a high-performing digital transformation team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in clinical research or healthcare, focusing on digital transformation and AI.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and project management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with technical product management in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile product delivery experience, including backlog prioritization and release planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in oncology research or related fields.
