What You'll Do

• Lead financial goal setting for Engine’s business, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Design investment frameworks to maximize returns and drive execution of investment plans with leadership.
• Own the financial lifecycle and annual planning process, establishing performance metrics and operational rhythms.
• Automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and champion data integrity within finance operations.
• Benchmark financial performance against industry standards to ensure competitive positioning.
• Advise on capital allocation for optimal budget management and resource utilization.
• Manage high-performing finance teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or FP&A.
• Expertise in financial planning software and data visualization tools.
• Proven leadership in managing finance teams and driving financial performance.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel or tech industry.
