Director of Analytics & Insights - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights - Remote to join our innovative team at Mineralys Therapeutics. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead analytics initiatives that directly impact the development and launch of our lead product, lorundrostat. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of treatments for hypertension and related conditions.

What You'll Do

• Lead national and subnational data analytics, insights, and reporting to support the launch of lorundrostat.
• Evaluate, procure, and incorporate diverse data sources to monitor and enhance the performance of lorundrostat.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in marketing, market access, and medical affairs to drive strategic initiatives.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive customer data warehouse to support reporting infrastructure.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for effective brand performance monitoring.
• Utilize advanced analytics to optimize customer targeting and assess promotional strategies.
• Evaluate AI/ML models and statistical solutions to meet business needs effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and uphold ethical analytics practices.
• Manage external vendors to ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Strong background in general medicine, particularly in cardiovascular disease, renal, and metabolic conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of the US pharmaceutical market is essential.
• Expertise with US data sources for market analysis is required.
• Familiarity with major ex-US pharmaceutical markets is a plus.

• Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools and software.
