What You'll Do

• Develop, transfer, and evaluate evidence-based nursing content, concepts, and guidelines.
• Implement nursing concepts as directed by the nursing management and educate your colleagues.
• Provide patient-centered care, ensuring appropriate basic and treatment nursing for our patients during rehabilitation.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and take on responsibilities within the team.
• Demonstrate flexibility in various situations through diverse tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Completed training as a nurse or a comparable qualification with a positive SRK pre-check.
• Experience in nursing within the Swiss healthcare system.
• Possession of further education in nursing responsibility or a willingness to pursue it.
• Empathetic and team-oriented personality with a passion for nursing.
• Strong communication skills and a quality-conscious work ethic.
