Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Position at Sun Home

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sun Home. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and the Director of Digital Marketing, allowing you to directly influence the allocation of significant budgets based on your insights and data analysis.

What You'll Do

• Lead content marketing initiatives by maintaining and expanding our buying guides and product content with verified claims.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create content that bridges organic and conversion-focused channels.
• Act as the primary contact with our performance agency, reviewing creative briefs and ensuring quality control on all marketing assets.
• Oversee campaign operations, including the execution of promotional mechanics in Shopify and coordination of timing across various marketing channels.
• Conduct thorough analytics and reporting, synthesizing performance data to identify trends and anomalies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in DTC e-commerce marketing, with hands-on execution across content and campaign management.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo and Shopify Admin, with the ability to critically evaluate agency performance.
• Strong writing skills to create persuasive content that resonates with high-value customers.
• Analytical rigor to navigate GA4 and question data validity.
• Technical literacy to identify and articulate issues within the marketing tech stack.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing high-AOV products ($1,000+).
• Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven product discovery.
• Comfort diagnosing technical issues in a browser.
• Any level of technical building ability (HTML, CSS, Liquid, JavaScript, Python).
