About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - Customer Acquisition (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Dimond Connect. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives across various platforms including Meta and Google. This position is crucial for driving growth and enhancing our brand's presence in the digital landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize the paid digital acquisition strategy across Meta and Google, as well as emerging channels like TikTok and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation and KPI delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities through structured testing and develop clear test-and-learn roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth on holistic channel planning and new channel testing.
  • Act as a lead creative strategist, developing messaging strategies and creative concepts based on data insights.
  • Oversee the execution of ads, ensuring accuracy in copywriting and creative setup.
  • Act as a project manager, defining timelines and deliverables across teams to ensure timely results.
  • Explore and implement new process management techniques, particularly in AI development.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, specifically in customer acquisition through Meta and Google.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to write compelling copy and develop creative hypotheses.
  • Deep understanding of paid social and search best practices, measurement frameworks, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience in structured creative testing programs and making creative edits.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex workflows and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Must have experience with Meta, Google, and Shopify; bonus experience with TikTok and affiliate platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Intelligems.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact.
  • Knowledge of DSP/display advertising.
