Digital Marketing Advisor for German Market - Remote

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Advisor for the German Market and work remotely to drive impactful digital marketing strategies. This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the German market, onboarding and engaging with companies with high potential, possibly future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisements.
• Promote Google Products and set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
• Detect and understand customer objectives, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Be responsible for increasing spend and upselling campaigns to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database with accurate information.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• C2 level proficiency in both German and English.
• 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
• Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and interpreting insights to personalize outreach.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer data effectively.
• Understanding of the German market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
