Digital Catalog Specialist - Remote Opportunity in Europe

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Catalog Specialist to join our growing team at Aldous Bio. This remote Digital Catalog Specialist position will focus on managing and optimizing our digital catalog across various online sales channels, particularly in the European market. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring our products are showcased effectively.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and maintain product catalogs on marketplaces such as Amazon, Mirakl, and Miravia.
• Resolve technical issues related to the catalog and manage support with each platform.
• Supervise visual content for the catalog, including images, infographics, banners, and videos, in collaboration with the design team.
• Create and launch optimized product listings for new releases, working closely with product development.
• Coordinate the necessary legal and technical documentation for online commercialization.
• Optimize product pages with an SEO focus to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• Prepare reports tracking key KPIs of the catalog, such as conversions, turnover, and errors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing digital catalogs on marketplaces.
• Functional knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
• Advanced proficiency in languages such as French, German, and/or English.
• Higher education in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Proficiency in office tools and experience with Excel/Sheets.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SEO and keyword analysis applied to e-commerce.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
• Experience on platforms such as Miravia, Mirakl, or TikTok Shop.
