About the Role

We are seeking a Deputy Nursing Team Leader for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the field of mental health. As a Deputy Nursing Team Leader, you will support the nursing leadership in achieving the clinic's goals, ensuring high-quality care for our young patients.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Nursing Team Leader in achieving daily clinic objectives with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Participate in the professional development and strategic direction of the nursing team.
  • Support nursing management in planning, staffing, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate daily activities and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
  • Engage in direct patient care and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality services.

Requirements

  • Completed three-year training as a nursing professional in health and nursing care, child nursing, or as an educator.
  • Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry or general psychiatry.
  • Completed further training for leading a nursing unit or willingness to obtain it promptly.
  • Strong commitment, responsibility, initiative, and assertiveness.
  • High motivation for the field of psychiatry and excellent social skills, teamwork, and cooperation abilities.
  • Proficient in direct patient care and good IT skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of de-escalation management techniques.
  • Additional certifications in mental health or child care.
