Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity in Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Manager remote to join Medialicious, a global growth marketing partner dedicated to expanding fast-growing social gaming brands. As a Delivery Manager remote, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing function, ensuring seamless technical delivery and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Own the onboarding of new clients and enterprise initiatives, creating structured implementation roadmaps that ensure a smooth transition from contract to launch.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to establish operational workflows that align with commercial terms and pricing structures.
• Manage the lifecycle of business-as-usual (BAU) and strategic initiatives, coordinating timelines and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Lead the rollout of new tools and processes across Marketing and Operations, ensuring structured adoption through documentation and training.
• Act as the primary interface between Marketing and Business Intelligence (BI), optimizing workflows and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex operational challenges into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Proven project management experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
• Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of marketing platforms and operational governance.
• Ability to drive cross-functional change and hold stakeholders accountable in fast-paced environments.
