About the Role

We are hiring a Data Scientist to join our innovative team at Dunamis. This Data Scientist remote position offers you the opportunity to leverage your skills in data analytics and machine learning to drive strategic business decisions across Germany and Europe. You will be working with large datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Build, train, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data exploration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Monitor and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, essential for this Data Scientist remote role.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and data mining.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
