What You'll Do

• Manage the backlog of Data Teams, acting as a liaison between business owners and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve misalignments.
• Receive business requests and priorities, clarifying and translating them into technical specifications, and producing detailed requirements and plans.
• Contribute to the creation of the roadmap while overseeing data projects progress to ensure on-time delivery, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, track release cycles, and overall operational efficiency, coordinating maintenance and issue resolution.
• Follow the Pareto principle: deliver 80% of the solution in 20% of the time, ensuring that the team moves fast through all phases of product development.
• Oversee the development cycle and communicate progress to stakeholders, removing any impediments for the teams.
• Ensure the quality of the delivered features, maintaining high standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in a relevant Information Technology subject.
• At least 3 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or project manager, preferably in game tech.
• Experience running medium to large/complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum) processes.
• Team management experience is desirable, along with a sufficient level of technical background in software development.
• Experience with data and AI will be considered a plus, as well as gaming market knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with stakeholders and leadership, to understand product strategy and anticipate needs.
• Strong time management skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of product management software.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles.
