Data Insight Analyst - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Insight Analyst to join our dynamic team at Northrop Grumman. This remote Data Insight Analyst position offers the opportunity to work on revolutionary systems that impact lives globally. You will play a crucial role in supporting data analysis efforts within our Sustainment Systems Engineering team, particularly on the Triton Enterprise project.

What You'll Do

• Design scalable data mining pipelines and establish protocols for data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and storage.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and advanced statistical modeling to identify key drivers within heterogeneous data sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge data science methodologies and mentor teams to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with some relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive analytical strategy.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Data Science or related field.
• Experience with deep learning and reinforcement learning methodologies.
• Interest in autonomous air vehicle platforms.
