We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst - Remote to join our team at Prime Therapeutics. As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by providing insightful data analysis and reporting solutions. What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive reporting solutions that adhere to internal standards and best practices.
• Collect, validate, interpret, and organize various types of data into actionable reports for designated client groups.
• Maintain and enhance the reliability and functionality of existing reports to ensure optimal performance.
• Facilitate team request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and prioritize projects effectively.
• Analyze data issues and recommend quality and system improvements by collaborating with system owners.
• Train users and team members on reporting tools and processes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using various analytical tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, along with familiarity with other reporting technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with report generating technologies such as Cognos, SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, MicroStrategy, or Tableau.
• Background in PBM or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, or healthcare data.
• Experience in implementing quality process improvement efforts.
• Ability to document requirements and create training materials for end users.
