About the Role

We are seeking a Data and Insights Training Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of Arkansas Foodbank’s client-intake data system across our partner agency network. As the Data and Insights Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for training agencies on system use, providing high-quality customer service and technical support, and ensuring client intake is completed accurately to produce high-quality data.

What You'll Do

  • Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding and training program for Arkansas Foodbank partner agencies.
  • Serve as the primary trainer for new and existing agencies, providing both in-person and virtual training focused on accurate client intake and data quality.
  • Provide ongoing customer service and support to agencies, responding to questions and issues related to system use in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Work directly with agencies to ensure client intake is completed properly, reinforcing best practices that result in reliable, high-quality data.
  • Develop and update training materials in various formats, including online webinars, videos, and training manuals.
  • Maintain a training calendar and coordinate scheduling of trainings and refresher sessions.
  • Conduct surveys with agencies to gather feedback and identify training needs.
  • Monitor data quality and completeness, proactively identifying trends or challenges and working with agencies to address them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems/Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in training, customer service, or data management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to hunger relief.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel up to 80% of the work schedule.
