Data Analyst - Remote Position at Xometry

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at Xometry. In this role, you will be embedded in the Supply domain, delivering analyses, experiments, and dashboards that drive measurable outcomes across various regions. Your contributions will directly impact revenue, margin, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to define business problems, success metrics, and hypotheses; propose experiments and measure impact.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, ensuring data correctness, clarity, usability, and decision support.
• Analyze process/product/platform performance to improve revenue, margin, and quality.
• Specify data needs, validate data quality, and collaborate with Data Warehouse on marts and metrics.
• Prepare datasets to support model evaluation and contribute to machine learning projects.
• Track and analyze partner performance to identify gaps and improve reliability and efficiency.
• Design and monitor strategies for partner allocation, expansion, and order routing.
• Build and maintain models to forecast partner capacity and supply-related KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data science, ideally in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Applied machine learning experience is a plus.
• Solid foundation in probability and statistics with hands-on experience in statistical analysis.
• Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of German or another European language is a plus.
