Data Analyst II - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst II remote to join our dynamic team at Vistaltech Inc. As a Data Analyst II remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting our annual sales planning and optimizing business processes.

What You'll Do

• Provide analytic data to support our annual sales planning, including quota planning, go-to-market modeling, and capacity modeling.
• Convert raw data into well-presented and useful business information that drives strategic business decisions.
• Drive standards of performance and specific activities that align with predefined success criteria for the sales organization; track and report on these activities to ensure outcomes are on track or met.
• Regularly track metrics on general business performance, average discounts, non-standard exceptions, and recommend action items for improvement.
• Utilize advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and SQL to analyze data and create insightful reports.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis with excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics applications, with Salesforce experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and SQL are essential.
• Experience with Tableau dashboarding or LookerStudio dashboarding.
• A Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent work experience; a degree in statistics, analytics, or finance is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Experience in a sales environment.
