What You'll Do

• Define and articulate the product strategy and positioning for CITEF, including value proposition and target segments.
• Monitor markets and competitors to identify emerging trends, translating insights into strategic focus.
• Own and govern the CITEF roadmap, ensuring alignment and transparency across internal stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, coordinating with various teams to ensure delivery readiness.
• Lead and manage delivery teams, setting objectives aligned with the roadmap and operational constraints.
• Drive go-to-market execution, supporting key commercial opportunities and ensuring alignment with platform capabilities.
• Define and coordinate deployment models, tracking adoption outcomes and resolving issues swiftly.
• Build and manage the partner ecosystem, enabling growth through training and joint go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in defining product strategies that balance market needs and operational constraints.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, translating needs into pragmatic product decisions.
• Technical understanding of cyber-range and simulation platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
