Cyber Training Requirements Analysis and Program Development Lead - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Cyber Training Requirements Analysis and Program Development Lead to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will direct, coordinate, and oversee training requirements analysis and program development efforts for the cyber force. This position is crucial for defining training objectives and priorities to address immediate needs within the cyber community.
What You'll Do
- Direct and oversee work through subordinate supervisors, appraising their performance and supporting the organization's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program.
- Lead cyberspace training requirements analysis and program development efforts, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and personnel management authorities.
- Utilize the Joint Training Tool (JTT) to document training objectives and requirements, making them accessible to other members of the Department of War cyber community.
- Represent the Command in discussions with external cyberspace program partners to explore joint ventures for cyberspace training.
- Guide the Training and Education Requirements Division in identifying and forecasting operational training needs.
- Ensure compliance with NSA personnel security requirements and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance Level with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
- Occasionally travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 30% of the time.
- Participate in drug testing as this position is designated under the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
Requirements
- Must be able to complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
- Possess at least one year of specialized experience in overseeing personnel management and interpreting training objectives.
- Experience in conducting assessments of programs and resource allocations to optimize support for the cyber workforce.
- Must meet the education and/or experience requirements as outlined in the job posting.
