About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative - Remote to join our dynamic team at Équipements à Partager. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in our commercial performance. You will assist clients with their inquiries, providing them with tailored solutions and ensuring a smooth experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
  • Present our services clearly and professionally to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Qualify leads and pass relevant opportunities to the sales team.
  • Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, contracts, and other commercial documents.
  • Maintain and update client databases and tracking tools.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to requests promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in resolving client issues to guarantee a smooth interaction.

Requirements

  • Background in commerce, customer relationship management, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer support or teleconsulting is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Proficient in computer tools and quick to learn new systems.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.
