Customer Success Manager - Remote Opportunity in Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Foodforecast. This remote Customer Success Manager position offers the opportunity to work independently while supporting our clients and enhancing their experience with our innovative solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and building trusting relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored support and guidance throughout their journey.
• Conduct regular analysis of customer needs and usage to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve customer retention.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Foster long-term customer relationships by maintaining regular communication and addressing concerns proactively.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a relevant degree.
• Strong communication skills with a good sense of language.
• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
• Service-oriented mindset with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ticketing systems.
