About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Ideals, a leading B2B SaaS company. This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in Germany while delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our products.

What You'll Do

  • Research and analyze new clients to identify their expected value and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct onboarding trainings for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our services.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 accounts, with structured follow-ups and proactive engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Execute renewals and expansions based on account usage and growth potential.
  • Conduct exit interviews with churned clients to gather feedback and improve our services.
  • Drive customer advocacy initiatives by securing testimonials and case studies from satisfied clients.
  • Participate in special projects to enhance customer success playbooks and introduce new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native German.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with 50+ accounts.
  • Experience in driving MRR/ARR growth through renewals, upsells, or cross-sells.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-driven personality with emotional intelligence skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data rooms, board portals, or secure collaboration tools.
  • Experience in sales.
