About the Role

At Eduface, a leading Dutch EdTech startup based in the heart of Utrecht, we are seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting universities, colleges, and businesses in optimizing their feedback processes. Our company, born from the collaboration of an alumnus from Hogeschool Leiden and a student from Radboud University, focuses on developing innovative AI solutions for higher education. Our AI assistants, hosted locally, enhance the quality of feedback and assessment while saving educators significant time.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and anticipate future requirements.
  • Proactively ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide guidance on using our AI solutions in education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements that contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer data and prepare reports to help clients optimize their use of our technology and maximize ROI.
  • Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance the effectiveness of our AI assistant in their feedback processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the EdTech or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience with AI technologies and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients in an understandable manner.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive to make an impact within a fast-growing startup environment.

Nice to Have
