About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager - Government Solutions (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our government clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing relationships, onboarding clients, and ensuring their success with our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for government clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
  • Support the sales team by providing insights from customer feedback and helping to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of government solutions and the unique challenges faced by public sector clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the regulated cannabis industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and their application in customer success.
  • Project management experience.
