Customer Success Manager - DACH Region (Remote)
About the Role
Plan A is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager DACH to join our team in a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. This full-time position focuses on managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As a Customer Success Manager DACH remote, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals using Plan A’s innovative platform and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the DACH region, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our solutions for clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide training and support to clients, helping them leverage our platform effectively to meet their sustainability objectives.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhance service offerings.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and processes within the Customer Success department.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts and practices is advantageous.

- Experience with CRM tools and customer success software.
- Knowledge of the DACH market and its unique challenges.
