About the Role

Plan A is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager DACH to join our team in a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. This full-time position focuses on managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As a Customer Success Manager DACH remote, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals using Plan A’s innovative platform and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the DACH region, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our solutions for clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Provide training and support to clients, helping them leverage our platform effectively to meet their sustainability objectives.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhance service offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes within the Customer Success department.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Familiarity with sustainability concepts and practices is advantageous.

  • Experience with CRM tools and customer success software.
  • Knowledge of the DACH market and its unique challenges.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
