Customer Services Data Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Services Data Coordinator to join our team at Reconomy, a leader in the circular economy sector. This remote opportunity allows you to work from home while also having the flexibility to engage with our Telford office. As a Customer Services Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing supplier service data across our Recycle Loop Outsourcing business.

What You'll Do

• Collect, input, and maintain supplier service data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary data related to containerized waste services.
• Transfer data from supplier reports into the Reconomy Salesforce platform accurately.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Establish strong working relationships with suppliers and internal contacts to meet departmental targets.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Reconomy’s products and services.
• Complete data transfers in a timely manner to meet reporting and invoicing deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• A collaborative mindset to build effective relationships internally and externally.
• Attention to detail when working with data to ensure accuracy.
• Experience in data management or customer service roles is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in the circular economy or sustainability sectors.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools.
