Customer Service Representative - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel understood and supported. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our company.

What You'll Do

  • Answer initial inquiries from customers, particularly from clinics and patients, providing excellent telephone support.
  • Manage the central email inbox and forward messages internally as needed.
  • Assist with patient management over the phone, addressing issues such as missing prescriptions or delivery intervals.
  • Document all customer interactions and phone notes accurately in the ERP system.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and assist at the reception when required.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., office management, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification).
  • Strong customer and service orientation with a passion for telephone communication.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate flexibility.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with healthcare products or services.
  • Additional language skills beyond English and German.
