About the Role

Requirements
- Junior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years) experience in graphic design, visual design, or related roles (internships included).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to present design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback.
- Attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills and versatility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of web design principles.
