About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Professional to join our dynamic team at CompuGroup Medical. This remote position offers you the chance to make a significant impact in the healthcare software industry. You will be part of a company that operates in 19 countries and employs nearly 9,000 dedicated professionals. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient order processing.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and manage customer master data in SAP, ensuring high data quality through careful entry, updates, and management.
  • Oversee the management of offers in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), from entry to verification and reliable follow-up.
  • Process customer orders in CRM and Microsoft Business Central (BC), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate invoices, credit notes, and corrective invoices in Microsoft Business Central, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.
  • Prepare and provide relevant data for corporate accounting in a timely manner.
  • Handle dunning lists, including reviewing open items, coordinating with accounting, and creating and sending reminders.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding offers, orders, invoices, and reminders, ensuring solution-oriented communication.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Controlling, and Accounting to ensure efficient and smooth commercial processes.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training, such as as an industrial clerk or office management specialist.
  • Ideally, professional experience in offer management, order processing, accounts receivable accounting, or a similar commercial environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP CRM, SAP ERP, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
  • Strong numerical understanding and a structured, careful, and reliable working style.
  • Enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders and a confident demeanor in team settings.
  • Empathy, pragmatism, and the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic situations.
  • Solution-oriented thinking, a hands-on mentality, and motivation to drive topics forward.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare sector or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations.
  • Additional language skills.
