About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Positec Group, focusing on the WORX brand. This remote opportunity allows you to take charge of our partner and sales representative support, ensuring smooth order processing from incoming orders to coordinating delivery schedules. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our team's success.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming customer orders via EDI, email, fax, and online portals, ensuring seamless processing.
- Monitor product availability and delivery timelines, ensuring timely invoice creation in the SAP ECC system.
- Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring efficient resolution and processing of credits.
- Maintain and update customer and pricing data within the SAP ECC system.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, logistics, and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience and a completed commercial education, ideally in industry, wholesale, or comparable qualification.
- Proficient in SAP ECC modules SD and MM, with routine use in daily tasks.
- Structured and solution-oriented work ethic, with the ability to maintain oversight.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Excellent German and English language skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.
