Customer Advisor - Retail Experience

About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Advisor to join our team at Boots in Milton Keynes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and provide exceptional customer service. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the products they need and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time position with an hourly rate starting at £13.02, increasing to £15.10 in select London locations after 6 months.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in training programs to improve your skills and knowledge about our products.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
