What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workspace as a reflection of your work ethic.
• Support the kitchen team during service, ensuring a smooth flow and harmony in the kitchen.
• Help in the preparation of dishes that tell stories, focusing on texture, color, and presentation.
• Follow the chef's instructions diligently, learning and growing in your culinary skills each day.
• Contribute to product management, ensuring proper usage, conservation, and rotation of ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and energetic kitchen environment.
• Adapt to the fast-paced environment and maintain order during peak service times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your culinary skills.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or as a culinary assistant in organized restaurants.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Respect for ingredients and a strong sense of hygiene in all processes.
• Ability to work efficiently and orderly under pressure.
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to grow and be part of a project with identity and vision.
• Valid work permit.
