About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join our dynamic team at BVGroup. This CRM Manager remote position offers you the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of CRM and retention strategies across multiple brands. With over 80 years of expertise, BVGroup is dedicated to delivering technology-driven betting and gaming experiences to a global audience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of CRM and retention strategies across various brands and customer segments.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of automated, scheduled, and ad-hoc lifecycle campaigns.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Approve segmentation, content, offers, and campaign setup to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop CRM plans aligned with key events, product milestones, and player lifecycle stages.
• Manage retention budgets and contribute to test-and-learn activities that improve performance.
• Translate CRM insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders across the business.
• Support and guide the Retention Executive, establishing clear objectives, processes, and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online gaming within CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link CRM activity to business goals.
• Confident analyzing performance data and transforming insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple customer segments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across teams and seniority levels.
• Solid understanding of CRM journeys, segmentation, and retention mechanics in iGaming.
• Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong attention to performance optimization.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members is an advantage.
