Crew Rostering Officer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Rostering Officer to join our dynamic team at AirX. This Crew Rostering Officer remote position offers a unique opportunity to work in the aviation industry, managing crew resources efficiently and effectively. You will be part of a growing company in the Air Chartering business, providing exposure to diverse markets worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Manage crew resources (both Pilot and Cabin Crew) in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.
• Maintain excellent communication with crew members and relevant managers.
• Coordinate with Crew Support regarding air/surface positioning and travel logistics for crews.
• Adhere to department procedures and assist in crew training management.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of the aviation industry and understanding of Company FTL Scheme, EASA training, and licensing requirements.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
• Assertiveness and teamwork capabilities are essential.
