A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Residential Conveyancing team as a Conveyancing Fee Earner. This role is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in residential conveyancing while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be part of one of the largest residential conveyancing teams in the Midlands, renowned for our excellent customer care and commitment to putting our clients’ needs at the heart of our advice.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own caseload of buying, selling, and re-mortgaging residential properties.
• Meet clients and take detailed instructions, ensuring exceptional client service.
• Provide clear and concise advice on all aspects of conveyancing.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to GDPR regulations at all times.
• Open and maintain files in accordance with office procedures.
• Confirm instructions and advice to clients in writing.
• Conduct negotiations with other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure that cases are progressed, closed, and billed appropriately.
• Refer matters to senior team members as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a Conveyancing role.
• Exceptional client service skills, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
• Strong personal organization skills.
• Proficiency in computer and IT systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with case management software.
• Knowledge of the latest conveyancing regulations.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
