About the Role

We are seeking a talented Conversational Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Cresta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming customer interactions into valuable insights, leveraging our cutting-edge AI platform. As a Conversational Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI conversation models that enhance the efficiency of contact centers.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver AI conversation models for contact center agents.
• Manage complex AI delivery engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Collaborate with teams in ML, Data Science, and Engineering to create scalable conversational AI solutions.
• Translate business objectives into effective conversational designs.
• Lead model maintenance and performance tuning efforts to ensure optimal functionality.
• Deliver training programs to empower customers in AI model design.
• Design virtual agent solutions using various architectures.
• Contribute to best practices and documentation standards for conversational design.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in conversational design or conversational AI.
• Strong communication skills for alignment across stakeholders.
• Project management experience with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to independently manage deliverables and timelines.
• Experience presenting solutions to customer stakeholders.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers in implementation roles.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.
• Background in Linguistics is preferred.
• Experience with prompt engineering is preferred.
• Experience with Dialogflow CX is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI model training and deployment.
• Familiarity with customer service processes and best practices.
