About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Contract Administration Representative - Remote to join our team at MDLive. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing home health agency contracts, ensuring that all contracts, credentials, and documentation are accurate and compliant. Your contributions will help streamline operations and improve healthcare accessibility for patients across the USA.

What You'll Do

• Manage home health agency contracts from submission to issue resolution.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Maintain compliance requirements and agency data.
• Coordinate communication and documentation workflows across teams.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners.
• Support leaders by managing information flow and resolving issues.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and archived records for easy access.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of administrative or operational support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and DocuSign.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and recognize when escalation is needed.
• Professional presence with a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SharePoint and credentialing preferred.
• Experience managing records or audit-related documentation preferred.
